SPORTS PROGRAMS

MIGHTY / WHIZ KIDS SPORTS
4 - 6 years

In a completely positive atmosphere, children are coached in basic sports skills. Focus is on mechanics and fundamentals while incorporating physical fitness. The emphasis here is on effort, diligence, cooperation and teamwork. We will explore a different sport every week.

This class is designed for all sport lovers. Learn basic skill such as running, throwing, catching, dribbling, hitting, shooting, etc. This My Gym's sports class offers the skills needed to pursue your sport of choice in a non-competitive and fun environment.

A perfect class to stay in shape during the "off-season", this class focuses on a different skill each week and gives the children a chance to apply the skill to different sports, as well as a great way to build confidence and motor skills for individual or team sports.


SOCCER
4½ - 6 years

This 1-hour class focuses on building the skills required to play the game of Soccer. Passing, shooting, goaltending and dribbling skills are refined while the kids learn the basic rules of the game as well as good sportsmanship and teamwork.

Along with practicing individual skills, children will play a 1/2 hour game each week, all in our clean, climate-controlled indoor facility.

This class meets on Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
