In a completely positive atmosphere, children are coached in basic sports skills. Focus is on mechanics and fundamentals while incorporating physical fitness. The emphasis here is on effort, diligence, cooperation and teamwork. We will explore a different sport every week.
This class is designed for all sport lovers. Learn basic skill such as running, throwing, catching, dribbling, hitting, shooting, etc. This My Gym's sports class offers the skills needed to pursue your sport of choice in a non-competitive and fun environment.
A perfect class to stay in shape during the "off-season", this class focuses on a different skill each week and gives the children a chance to apply the skill to different sports, as well as a great way to build confidence and motor skills for individual or team sports. |
